I want to straight out say that the owner at CPR Cell Phone Repair is top notch in his tech knowledgeability and customer service. I have an iPhone Pro Max 11 that underwent an overnight 16.6 update that totally waxed my software in my iPhone. Nothing but a loop reboot that was never ending occurred. After multiple attempts with Apple on my computer, then Apple lip service on a landline, and finally a ride to the Apple Store all resulting in failures, did I finally take it to CPR. There he managed to not only correct the update to 17.1, but he found an apparent water breach that was not even revealed by Apple Genius Bar Technicians. He vacuumed that problem, restored my phone and all for $50. I have to say that recommending CPR is an understatement. I will not go anywhere else without consulting them first. ~ Thomas O

I dropped a samsung galaxy S8+ off right before christmas to have the front and back glass replaced. The customer service was excellent, they were very helpful on my different options, fast repair, and made calls to me to update me during the process which I was very appreciative for. I gifted this phone as a christmas present to my wife for Christmas and she was very happy and says it feels like a brand new phone and couldnt even tell it was once broken. Would highly reccommend doing business here and as for my family and friends, we will continue to do business here with any future problems we ever have with any more of our devices. Thankyou. I’ve been living in Gulfport, MS for a couple of months now and I’ve never noticed this place located right next to sonic on three rivers rd. Glad I found out about it thanks to Google lol, but the technician fixed the problem that I was having with my SIM card not reading less than an hr. He also mentioned that the other technicians at another repair shop forgot to install important plates back in my iPhone a couple of weeks ago for my screen repair, thanks again man for being a honest person! If you’re new or currently living in the area I would highly suggest you pay him a visit for your Apple or other electronics repairs ~ Lamarinez C

I brought my phone to the shop to have the battery replaced. Less than 2 weeks later, the battery would not charge, so I called to find out if they have a warranty. Brooks told me they don't but if I could bring him my phone he would take another look at it. I stopped at the shop after I left work, but he had two devices ahead of me, so he told me to run the errands I had to do and come backnowledge. I called him after I was done, but it was pretty late. He suggested a solution that worked for both of us, and it didn't cost me extra. Highly recommended! ~ Jamie E

Mr. Brooks at The Broken Gadget SHOULD BE your go-to phone repair shop in the gulf coast area. I brought my phone to Ubreak Ifix. Here, i was greeted by a new woman who wasnt too sure on what was going on, therefore, Caleb chimed in to help, where i experienced the worst customer service id seen from this place. i felt rushed out of the way to get to the next person. needless to say, i let them repair my cracked back glass. i left at 1:30, came back at 3 and was told to wait another hour. then i came back later and waited another 30 minutes. then, approximately two to three days later my phone stopped working completely, after slowly starting to malfunction. that is when i brought my phone to Brooks. He solved whatever happened to my phone, it was completely inoperable at this point. so while there is a point to get as many clients and be as fast as you can, when you marry that with personable skills it makes the process much easier and more inviting to return. This establishment is excellently run, and I highly recommend it! I brought my phone into the CPR in Gulfport after it had been submerged in water for 15 minutes. The owner, Mr. Johnson, quickly took the phone apartment, repaired it, and had me on my way for a very fair price. While he was repairing my phone, several other customers came inside with problems they were experiencing with their electronics. Aside from being amazed at how much knowledge this guy had of the electronics he was repairing, I couldn’t help but notice how professional and respectful he was to everybody. He was referring to people by their name like they were friends. I could tell that he genuinely cared about fixing these peoples electronics, and wasn’t just out to make a quick buck. It is incredibly hard to find honest, hardworking, respectful, and caring businesses nowadays, so this place was a breath of fresh air. From River Ridge, LA and had issues with my iPhone XR rear camera. Booked appointment at the Apple Store in Metairie, first mistake. Trying to get a human to answer their phone to cancel, second mistake. Was on the coast & googled cell repairs & CPR popped up. Good reviews & close to my hotel, give it a shot. Was there 2 nights. Stopped it in Monday & Brooks had the replacement in stock. He had it back in my hands with 2 hours. Very reasonable cost for such a short turnaround. ~ Blair K

They were super lightning fast. I called to get a quote and the lady that answered was super nice. She called me back within an hour to say she had the parts needed to fix my phone if I wanted to bring it in right then. I brought in a broken screen that needed total replacement and mentioned a problem I had with the charger port, they had everything there to fix it. I ran to walmart to pick up a few things and before I was even done shopping they called to say it was ready to pick up! ~ Mary H

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! I HAD MY I PHONE SCREEN REPLACED TWICE FROM A DIFFERENT REPAIR SHOP IN GULFPORT. NEITHER ONE OF THE SCREENS WOULD WORK CORRECTLY ON THE I PHONE 10 XR. THE SCREEN WOULD FLICKER WHEN I TRIED TO USE THE WIRELESS CHARGER AND IT ALWAYS ACTED LIKE IT WAS NOT CALIBRATED CORRECTLY. WISH I WOULD HAVE USED CPR THE FIRST TIME. THEY PUT A NEW SCREEN IN AND NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. EVERYTHING WORKS AS IF IT WAS BRAND NEW. THANK YOU AGAIN!! ~ Chad M

Great service, fast, and at a fair price. They make it look easy. Had to have the charging port on my S22 Ultra replaced. Called a couple days ahead to make sure they had the part, and was in and out in under an hour. With such an expensive and important piece of tech, I get nervous letting anyone pull it apart. I hope I don't need to go back for anything else, but if I do, they'll be my first choice. ~ Zachary T

Mr. Brooks is amazing!!! He repaired my daughter’s phone after she took it to another location and they messed it up worse than her dropping it at the gas station! He was prompt, knowledgeable and very kind to my daughter… no other place I would go to get repairs done… but, of course we don’t want to have any further repairs! lol! But he would be our guy! I tell you what if you need a cell phone repaired glass replaced cases or among us merchandise this is the place to be and go reasionable prices quick turnaround to get your devices back this is the bomb great people great service great prices you can't beat it with a stick LOL you need to go here if you have a problem CPR is it!!! This place was very professional and super helpful. Something had malfunctioned on my screen and I walked in gave a brief explanation and within 20-25 minutes my screen was replaced and the my phone was good as new. Amazing experience. My screen has been getting locked up on my iPhone 11 for 3 years. I live in Austin, TX and have been going to a shop that has been scamming me and replacing my screen each time for $100. He fixed it in one second and showed me how to fix it myself for the future. They looked at our phone which had charging issues on a battery they had previously replaced. They cleaned out the charging port and checked the battery and charged us nothing since they determined the cable we were using was probably the issue (it was). ~ Maria D
